Business Development Representative will be responsible for launching high-volume outbound outreach, qualifying decision-makers, and generating interest in Caliber’s staffing solutions. They will also schedule discovery meetings and ensure smooth handoffs to Business Development Consultants and Directors.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in outbound sales, customer service, call center, or appointment setting is a plus
- Confidence and resilience with cold calling and high-volume outreach
- Strong verbal communication and professional presence
- Comfort using CRM tools and managing activity metrics
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly coachable
- Energized by a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
