Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Executive – HORECA to manage and grow strategic relationships with premium hospitality customers, including 4 & 5-star hotels, airline companies, catering companies, and golf clubs.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales, profitability, and market share within assigned HORECA key accounts, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate commercial agreements.

Requirements
- English & Arabic Language
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 2 years of UAE FMCG sales experience in a Key Account Executive role
- Strong existing network and relationships with 4 & 5-star hotels and HORECA customers in Dubai
- Proven experience in key account management, business development, and commercial negotiations
- Strong understanding of sales reports, ROI analysis, P&L management, and commercial performance tracking
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong planning and time management skills
- Valid UAE Driving License
