Role Overview
We are looking for a partner to help develop, foster, and grow our sales team. You will work with our C-suite and other talented individuals to coach and develop our sales force. You will need to understand how to build relationships with business partners and vendors while fostering great relationships with our clients.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for coaching and developing our sales team, building relationships with business partners and vendors, and fostering great relationships with our clients. You will also need to balance working with and hiring both entry-level and experienced salespeople.

Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Information technology industry expertise
- Experience as a successful individual contributor role in technology sales
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and account management systems
- Project management experience
- Capability of being at Cambridge Computer’s Waltham office with 45-minutes notice
- Bachelor’s degree
- Current authorization (or will soon be authorized) to work in the United States on a full-time basis
