Requirements
- Deep experience working with authentication, identity management, rostering, LMS platforms, or enterprise software integrations
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-technical audiences
- Strong systems thinking and ability to identify scalable solutions to technical, operational, and customer challenges
- Ability to build relationships across customers, partners, and internal teams
