Role Overview
The Business Development Executive is responsible for ongoing account management and development of new opportunities for the Insurance market unit. This role involves developing and executing account strategies, building client intimacy, and coordinating marketing, sales, and delivery capabilities to grow the account. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales and be able to shape go-to-market strategies and leverage partnerships to drive growth.

Requirements
- 10+ years of account management experience mainly within Financial Services
- Good understanding of the general insurance market in motor and home, commercial property and casualty
- Proven track record of sales showing annual incremental growth and profitably
- Ability to shape go-to-market / penetration strategies
- Proven ability to leverage and explore wider partnerships to drive growth and create value for clients with a strong C-level network
- Understanding of working in a Global delivery model
