Role Overview
As CardFlight’s first Chief Revenue Officer, you will own the full commercial engine of the business and drive CardFlight into its next chapter. You will lead a team of approximately 15 professionals across channel sales, direct-to-merchant sales, marketing, and the app marketplace.
What You Will Do
You will own and grow the core ISO and merchant acquirer channel, scale SwipeSimple Connect, lead CardFlight’s marketing function, drive cross-sell and upsell of value-added services, and evaluate and pursue new market opportunities.

Requirements
- 10+ years in executive GTM management in payments businesses
- Deep experience in the payments industry, with specific familiarity with the merchant acquirer and ISO distribution channel
- Well-versed in a high-velocity, low ACV GTM motion that caters to SMBs
- Proven track record of owning a P&L and delivering consistent, measurable, and efficient revenue growth
- Strong command of modern GTM best practices
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Familiarity with RevOps tooling and CRM platforms
- Comfortable being a change agent with the ability to deconstruct and rebuild as necessary
- Prior experience evaluating and entering new markets or distribution channels
- Background in pricing strategy and monetization optimization
- Experience building referral and affiliate partnership programs
