Role Overview
We are looking for a Regional Sales Director for the Northeast region to lead a field sales team and drive growth through team leadership, KPI control, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has experience in leading sales teams, scalable sales models, and selling complex products.
What You Will Do
As Regional Sales Director, you will build and expand a scalable B2B sales in the Northeast region, lead a field sales team, develop a hybrid sales strategy, implement modern sales structures, and steer sales success data-driven through KPIs and AI-based lead prioritization.

Requirements
- Experience in a leading sales role with a team size of at least 8-10 people
- Understanding of scalable sales models in digital, dynamic environments
- Experience in selling explainable, complex products
- Experience in team building, performance coaching, and leadership
- Agile working and AI-based sales processes
- KPIs, forecasts, and data-based control
- Sovereign handling of tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, Looker, or Tableau
- Communication on eye level with your team, proactive appearance, closing strength, and customer focus
