Customer Service & Sales Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

Manage end-to-end order fulfillment from order entry to delivery, coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics teams, and ensure pricing accuracy and export compliance.

What You Will Do

Arrange shipments, prepare export documentation, process order changes, and maintain customer master data.

3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, or Export Operations, knowledge of export documentation, international shipping, and Incoterms, and SAP/ERP experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, or Export Operations
• Knowledge of export documentation, international shipping, and Incoterms
• SAP/ERP experience preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and multitasking abilities
