Sales Engineer – Service

Role Overview

As a Service Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, establishing professional relationships, and understanding customer needs to suggest products and services that meet those needs. You’ll participate in business development activities, identify bid opportunities, and negotiate with potential customers. You’ll also develop new customer contact leads, support the management team, and maintain personal long-term customer relationships.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include identifying prospects, preparing bid responses, negotiating with potential customers, and maintaining customer relationships to win projects. You’ll also educate prospects, advise on product lines, and address resistance to develop business.

Requirements

  • Keen eye for business development opportunities
