The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving sales effectiveness, forecasting accuracy, and operational excellence across the Carrier HVAC sales organization.
Requirements
- Develop and manage share performance dashboards, KPIs, and executive-ready reporting.
- Drive forecast accuracy through customer-driven demand planning, pipeline hygiene, and cadence reviews.
- Correlate and synthesize key sales performance metrics from multiple data sources into executive-ready dashboards and reporting using Power BI and/or Tableau
