Role Overview
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in creating the enablement and change management surrounding new technology launches, standardizing field processes, operationalizing best practices, and delivering high-impact enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in sales productivity, process adoption, and distributor engagement.
What You Will Do
Partner cross-functionally to define, document, and implement a unified field sales process, create and deploy enablement assets, map current and future-state sales processes, and lead structured rollout and adoption strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Go-To-Market roles
- 5+ years with advanced proficiency in video creation using Camtasia or comparable platforms and experience in eLearning design and instructional development
- 2 years’ experience administering and optimizing a Learning Management System (LMS)
