Senior Sales Operations

Role Overview

Manage sales forecasts, annual budgets, and SKU planning. Coordinate with CSE and Operations on production planning, order fulfillment, and delivery updates. Maintain relationships with international customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

What You Will Do

Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and transfer pricing (TP) data. Update price lists, SAP data, and quotation databases. Drive process improvements to enhance sales operations efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Export Sales, or related roles
• HVAC industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with international customers
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
