The Business Development Lead will help shape the next chapter of our growth, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and developing proposals for work we’re excited to do.
What You Will Do
The role involves keeping a close eye on opportunities, researching clients and markets, working with technical and program teams to understand problems and shape potential responses, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, leading priority proposals, and writing, editing, and shaping complex technical content into clear, persuasive proposals.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, proposal development, international development, or a related field
- Experience working with government, bilateral or multilateral development partners or other institutional clients
- Strong cultural competency and demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse cultural contexts
