Rental Product Marketing & Demand Manager

Role Overview

This role supports sustainable Global dealer rental revenue growth by advancing product technology strategies, strengthening demand management practices, and improving data-driven business decisions. The Product Marketing & Demand Manager will partner across teams to align technology with market demand and drive measurable value.

What You Will Do

Lead marketing technology and marketing data strategies, manage and mentor team members, shape and execute strategies for marketing technology, rental product application, and processes, and evaluate current tools and systems to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in heavy equipment rental, used equipment, fleet operations, or dealer operations, ideally within construction equipment, industrial equipment, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success in understanding rental fleet performance, asset utilization, equipment lifecycle management, and used equipment readiness or remarketing practices.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial data, identify performance trends, and translate insights into practical strategies that improve growth, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Experience partnering across sales, service, operations, finance, and dealer-facing teams to align priorities, resolve issues, and drive execution.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and lead continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
