Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive performance across auto liability, general liability, and/or workers’ compensation programs. This role serves as the key liaison between clients and internal claims teams, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and strong program outcomes throughout the lifecycle of each account.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, lead client meetings, claims reviews, and stewardship sessions, monitor claims handling quality, and analyze claims data to recommend cost containment and program optimization strategies.

Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience within a TPA, insurance carrier, or claims organization
- Strong background in auto liability, general liability, and/or workers’ compensation claims
- Proven experience in a client-facing, consultative, or account management role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Industry designations such as AIC, CPCU, or similar are a plus
