Role Overview

The Sr. Sales Operations Supervisor is responsible for providing operational management and driving profitable revenue growth for regional sales districts, creating a frictionless customer experience, and navigating complex operational processes.

The role requires advanced skills and expertise in processes, procedures, and systems, and involves developing trusted partnerships with sales managers and account managers, resolving order issues, and strategizing with sales managers to build partner and customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR Associates degree and 2 years of sales process experience OR 5 years CDW experience required
• Minimum 2 years of CDW experience in Sales Operations role
• Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret numerical data for reporting purposes
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to understand data findings to draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
• Ability to develop trusted relationships (internal and external) at all levels in an organization
• Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
• Proven ability to proactively collaborate and build relationships, take initiative and creatively problem solve

Benefits

• Pay range: $76,000 – $106,400, depending on experience and skill set
• Annual bonus target of $6,000 subject to terms and conditions of plan
