Role Overview
Supports new business development efforts for brand, specialty, and cell & gene therapy products as a Senior Program Manager. This role is highly collaborative, focused on managing and executing the RFP/RFI response process, and contributing to broader sales enablement activities.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage the RFP/RFI process, coordinate cross-functional teams, draft and edit proposal responses, maintain workplans and timelines, and ensure proposals meet compliance standards.

Requirements
- Experience managing or responding to RFPs/RFIs
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Familiarity with new product launches, brand and specialty pharma, and distribution/customer support models
