Role Overview
The Account Manager acts as the primary service contact responsible for managing the customer relationship for key strategic accounts. This includes timely and accurate pricing, order entry and tracking, inventory management, problem resolution, handling customer inquiries, and providing world class customer service.
What You Will Do
Functions as the Primary Owner of Key Accounts, including client relationships and selling/upselling. Handles escalated matters with clients/sales/operations; not limited to order status, pricing, billing, shipments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Five (5) years of customer service and/or sales experience in the graphic arts or printing industry (preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Solid attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Product knowledge of print and print-related services; Thorough understanding of pricing/proposal methods
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to gather, submit detailed business information/ analysis, pricing; present solutions
