AI & Tech – Education & Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The AI & Tech – Education & Enablement Manager will develop and deliver CFS’s AI and technology education strategy for financial advisers, positioning CFS as a market leader in adviser capability, innovation, and practice efficiency.

The role involves developing and delivering education programs, creating content, identifying emerging trends, and measuring the effectiveness of education initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, digital transformation or business productivity solutions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Copilot or similar and AI-enabled productivity tools
• Strong understanding of the financial advice industry and the opportunities technology creates to improve adviser productivity, client engagement, and business performance
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them in a practical and engaging manner
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, both face-to-face and virtual
• Experience creating educational content and thought leadership materials across multiple formats
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate autonomously and drive outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure impact, identify insights, and continuously improve programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
