Business Development Specialist

We are hiring a Business Development Specialist to help expand Chapter’s presence across the Miami market through relationship-building, partnerships, and strategic outreach.

Requirements

  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, developers, and referral partners across Miami
  • Conduct outreach through email, phone, networking, and in-person meetings
  • Attend site visits, networking events, industry gatherings, and partnership meetings
  • Help generate and track renovation opportunities and referral pipelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align partnership opportunities with execution capabilities
  • Maintain CRM and pipeline organization
  • Assist with presentations, outreach materials, and partnership strategy
  • Track lead flow, referral performance, and business development activity
