We are hiring a Business Development Specialist to help expand Chapter’s presence across the Miami market through relationship-building, partnerships, and strategic outreach.
Requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, developers, and referral partners across Miami
- Conduct outreach through email, phone, networking, and in-person meetings
- Attend site visits, networking events, industry gatherings, and partnership meetings
- Help generate and track renovation opportunities and referral pipelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to align partnership opportunities with execution capabilities
- Maintain CRM and pipeline organization
- Assist with presentations, outreach materials, and partnership strategy
- Track lead flow, referral performance, and business development activity
