Role Overview

As a Salesforce Developer on the Sales and Service Technology team, you’ll help design and deliver technology solutions that support Schwab’s business and strengthen a reliable Salesforce environment.

What You Will Do

You’ll contribute across design, development, testing, implementation, and operational support, applying Salesforce and application development expertise to build robust solutions designed for continuous availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of Salesforce design and development experience across the full software development and operational support life cycle
  • Salesforce experience with configuration and administration, Workflow, Triggers, Process Builder, Visualforce, Apex, and batch processing
  • Experience developing and integrating Lightning Web Components
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and the ability to apply sound technical decisions to Salesforce solutions
  • Demonstrated Collaboration and Distributed Team Collaboration across team and stakeholder boundaries
  • Demonstrated Problem Solving and adaptability while managing multiple projects and priorities
