The Manager, Inside Sales will lead a team of Admissions Coordinators, facilitating admission for hundreds of at-risk clients and ensuring a seamless process for potential patients and families.
What You Will Do
Lead a team of Admissions Coordinators, facilitate admission for hundreds of at-risk clients, and ensure a seamless process for potential patients and families. Adhere to strict timelines and documentation standards, lead hiring, training, and performance reviews, and coordinate team schedules and workload distribution.

Requirements
- 3-6+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team of Admissions and/or Sales Reps
- Experience with Salesforce
- Strong proficiency in multitasking and operating in a high-paced environment
- Experience in behavioral health is a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA policies is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
