Role Overview
We’re looking for a senior, quota-carrying sales role that involves hunting for new business, building trust with senior decision-makers, and turning complex conversations into long-term partnerships. This is a true full-cycle hunter role that requires building pipeline from scratch, leading executive-level discovery conversations, and navigating long and complex sales cycles.
What You Will Do
Build your own pipeline from scratch, lead executive-level discovery conversations, work closely with Solutions Architects and leadership to shape tailored solutions for clients, navigate long and complex sales cycles, own proposal discussions, commercial negotiations, MSAs, and SOW conversations, represent Cheesecake Labs in industry events, conferences, and executive conversations.

Requirements
- Strong experience selling services within digital product agencies, technology consultancies, or software engineering companies
- Proven track record closing complex B2B deals ($200K+ ACV)
- Ability to build pipeline from zero
- Comfortable discussing technology, product strategy, and digital transformation topics at a business level
- Ability to build credibility and trust with senior executives
