Choice Property Resources is a business-to-business professional services firm seeking an accomplished Business Development Representative to work with established clients and build relationships with community managers to offer services to association boards.
Requirements
- Prior success selling services and/or contracts to groups during a one-to-three-month sales cycle against an established vendor
- Excellent listening and communication skills to close a sale in one or two meetings with groups of decision makers
- Ability to sell against no-decision to prospects who have never purchased the services you provide
- Sales experience, yet willingness to improve and take coaching
- Experience with multifamily, real estate development, telecommunications, construction, property management, contract negotiation, professional services, or consultative selling a plus
