The Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate deal records, troubleshooting HubSpot issues, and building and maintaining dashboards and reports for GTM stakeholders. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience with HubSpot and integrated tools.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or CRM administration (HubSpot experience required)
- Strong attention to detail and passion for data accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams
- Experience building and troubleshooting HubSpot workflows and automations
- Strong understanding of CRM data models (objects, properties, relationships)
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, documentation, and basic reporting
- Proficient in JavaScript or Python
- Proactive, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity – the desire to learn new tools, ask questions, and continuously improve
