Managing Director, Revenue & Business Development

Role Overview

The Managing Director, Strategy & Business Development, is a senior leader responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy across Verity Solutions and CarepathRx. This role will lead a centralized Growth function, aligning business development, partnerships, product strategy, and go-to-market execution to drive sustainable growth and innovation across the portfolio.

What You Will Do

Define and drive the integrated Go To Market & growth strategy across Verity Solutions and CarepathRx, and enterprise priorities. Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships to further our products and commercial opportunities. Develop strategies and business plans for new and adjacent markets, including specialty pharmacy, infusion services, 340B solutions, and technology-enabled offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 12+ years of experience in strategy, growth/business development, or related leadership roles in healthcare, pharmacy services, or adjacent industries
• Proven track record of leading complex strategic initiatives, including partnerships and market expansion
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to assess financial, operational, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions
• Experience operating in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments with executive-level stakeholder management
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and build scalable organizational capabilities
