Role Overview

We are looking for an operational powerhouse and strategic architect as our Head of People Operations to evolve our current setup into an ultra-scalable, automated, and hyper-efficient operating model.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include lifecycle governance, scalable service delivery, automation, AI & process modernization, operational & rewards precision, workplace, travel & vendor governance, and audit, compliance & governance.
