AI Developer, Sales GTM – AI Operations

Role Overview

Join a small, senior team as an AI Developer to build and prototype AI agents that help sellers win deals. The team is part of the AI Center of Excellence for Sales at Cisco, working closely with the Global Specialist Organization and GTM IT engineering to put AI in the hands of every seller. The mission is to give sellers more time with customers by taking non-selling work off their plate.

What You Will Do

Build the next-best-action agent prototypes, turn plays into working agents, build to the evaluation bar, ground the agents in Cisco data, ship to production, and feed the closed loop.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will spend as much time in GTM IT’s design reviews as in your own team’s, and you will work alongside GTM IT engineering to take production-ready agents into production.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience with LLM APIs, LangGraph, prompting, tool/function calling, agent orchestration and programming (Python)
• Experience evaluating and testing model outputs (offline and/or online)
• Previous experience working from ambiguous, evolving requirements and iterating quickly
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
