Senior Team Lead, Sales GTM – AI Operations

Role Overview

Join a small, senior team that prototypes fast, proves value with real sellers, and builds shoulder to shoulder with GTM IT engineering to get AI work into production. This is a genuinely joint build: you will spend as much time in GTM IT’s design reviews as in your own. As a Team Lead, you will co-own the campaign/play evaluation layer, be the steward of go-to-market intent, run the learning loop, set and hold the bar, and guard the seam.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include building and maintaining golden-case evaluation sets, translating go-to-market partner definitions into concrete evaluation cases, curating real outcomes, and defining what ‘good enough to ship’ means.

Why It Might Be a Fit

To be a fit for this role, you will need 12+ years of software or ML engineering experience, including senior or lead responsibility for quality, evaluation, or ML systems. You should have previous experience designing evaluation for AI/ML or LLM systems, translating domain judgment into concrete specifications, and sitting between non-technical stakeholders and engineers.
