Requirements
- Provide MIS & analytics to Credit Operations in the area of client onboarding, collections strategy and fraud management
- Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of key Credit Ops MIS such as Operating Reviews, performance and productivity reports.
- Work with Risk Management in developing and implementing Collections strategies.
- Conduct analyses and assist in continuous improvement of existing collections strategies across buckets through introduction and modification of A/B strategies.
- Participate in development and implementation of the best-of-breed analytical tools and methodologies including Collections Scorecard, Bureau Information, etc. to assist overall improvement in the Collections Management
- Provide Credit Operations with required data, conduct analytics in managing risk, growing profits and reducing costs
- Work with International Collections Team, Digital Growth & Technology teams in the evaluation and roll-out of new/upcoming tools to increase digital offloading and automation in the collections function
