NYCHA seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to perform financial and quantitative analysis, review and process financial transactions, and assist in budget modification and contract closeout processes. The ideal candidate will have a baccalaureate degree in accounting or a related field, and at least one year of experience as an Accountant or two years of professional accounting experience.
Requirements
- Develop financial and quantitative analysis reports
- Perform quality assurance check of financial transaction packages
- Assist in budget modification process
- Review and process financial transaction requests
- Assist in contract closeout process
- Assist in development of Capital Federal Plan
- Process financial transactions on behalf of CPD
