Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate to lead the operational backbone of our Customer Success functions. Your mission is global: you will design, implement, and maintain the data systems that support Clara’s growth across all our operating markets.
What You Will Do
As a Sales Operations Associate, you will drive account assignments, territory mapping, and data hygiene across all regions, ensuring a unified ‘one Clara’ operational standard. You will also design and maintain global dashboards in HubSpot and Metabase, and lead the technical setup for customer-facing campaigns worldwide.

Requirements
- Global Operations Mindset: 1-2 years of experience in Sales Ops, Data Analytics, or a similar role with exposure to complex, multi-market environments.
- CRM Mastery: Direct, hands-on experience with HubSpot (preferred) or a major CRM, with high proficiency in workflow automation and report generation.
- Quantitative Logic: Exceptional proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and logical functions) for high-stakes data manipulation.
- AI-Native Workflow: Demonstrated ability to use AI tools as a daily ‘copilot’ to automate repetitive operational tasks and data analysis.
- Ownership & Urgency: A proactive mindset with a proven ability to manage organized workflows and take full responsibility for global project outcomes.
