Financial Analyst

Role Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial management of clinical research projects by partnering with Project Managers to monitor project budgets, forecast revenue, oversee billing activities, and ensure accurate financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Establish and maintain financial project trackers, create and maintain funding agreements, develop initial and ongoing revenue forecasts, and prepare and submit accurate invoices for assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in financial reporting, accounting, bookkeeping, project finance, or financial analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and data analysis
• Experience working with financial management, ERP, project accounting, or project management systems preferred
• Strong understanding of budgeting, revenue forecasting, invoicing, accruals, and financial reconciliation processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• High level of professionalism, accountability, confidentiality, and customer service orientation
