As a Data Engineer, you will work with business users, technology teams, and executives to understand their data needs and create innovative solutions to fulfill them.

What You Will Do

Implement data structures, workflows, and integrations between enterprise platforms, maintain scalable data pipelines, and adhere to established best practices on data integration/engineering. You will also manage and improve the performance of our database, queries, tools, and solutions, and create and maintain data warehouse, databases, tables, SQL queries, and ingestion pipelines.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or related roles
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and/or distributed databases
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Experience with big data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, or similar)
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Scala, or Java)
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience with data lake/lakehouse architecture
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and data governance best practices
  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets and optimize performance
  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
