Role Overview
Reporting to the Regional Manager, Ad Operations, the Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for the traffic, contracts processing, campaign fulfillment, and monitoring of campaign execution for all media and markets in the region.
What You Will Do
Manages regional inventory availability to maximize revenue recognition of all media products, ensures contractual requirements are fulfilled, and assists sales and marketing leadership in identifying trends in the inventory.

The ideal candidate will have one year of experience in a sales support or related role, media advertising industry experience preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft software applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
- One (1) year experience in a sales support or related role.
- Media advertising industry experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
