Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative engages with prospects and customers in key markets to match their business needs with CCOA’s Out of Home Advertising solutions. This role works in a high-volume environment and is pivotal in developing new business through lead activation and following up and following through on account.
What You Will Do
Sources new sales opportunities, identifies and engages with prospective customers, understands prospect’s buying points, and develops a value proposition specific to the customer’s needs and goals.

Requires highly self-directed and comfortable in an in office or remote environment, skilled and effective with using online meeting tools, and proficient in Microsoft software applications and social platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience
- Minimum five (5) years sales experience (inside sales preferred) selling advertising or related products or services, on quota, and in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Minimum 1-2 years sales management experience preferred
- Experience with sales automation and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
