Role Overview
The Strategic Account Manager will work closely with the Rental Sales Team to retain and grow rental revenue of specific key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to increase rental revenue.
What You Will Do
Provide legendary customer service, collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities, serve as the company expert on key accounts, and perform monthly interactions with customers to maintain an advisory relationship.

Requirements
- Expert knowledge of construction equipment and the rental industry
- Expert knowledge of selling techniques (prospecting, overcoming objections, closing sales)
- Excellent selling, negotiating, and closing skills
- Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
