Growth Product Manager, Activation & Monetization

Join ClickUp, an AI-native company building the future of work, and help redefine what’s possible. As a Growth Product Manager, you’ll build and own the AI-powered growth system that takes users from signup to getting real value from ClickUp.

What You Will Do

You’ll own the post-signup journey across onboarding, activation, retention, and conversion to paid, connecting in-product experiences, in-app guidance, and lifecycle email. You’ll build AI systems that generate new content for each individual user based on their intent, workspace context, and product behavior.

You’ll work closely with our founders, who are deeply involved in how we build with AI, and you’ll be expected to push what’s possible alongside them. This is a hands-on builder role, not a campaign or roadmap management role.

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth, lifecycle, or growth product roles in self-serve SaaS, with measurable activation, retention, or monetization results.
• Proven experience optimizing onboarding and activation funnels, working closely with Product to ship changes to the core experience, not just the messaging around it.
• Hands-on experience building AI systems that generate user-level content, beyond templated personalization or segment routing.
• Hands-on experience building systems that recursively learn from performance data and adapt without manual rework.
• Technical fluency to connect behavioral data, AI decisioning, content generation, and delivery into one working system.
• Strong experimentation and product judgment, and comfortable operating as an IC with high ownership and little process.
