Indirect Account Manager

Hill’s Pet Nutrition is seeking an Indirect Account Manager to join their team in Tokyo, Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and share KPIs for the pet channel’s key customers, developing and negotiating indirect business with key wholesalers, and representing Hill’s as a premium pet nutrition partner to customers in Japan. The role requires a strong understanding of customer strategies, policies, and future plans, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5-7 years of experience in CD or sales
• Fluent in Japanese
• Valid driving license
• Microsoft Office and Google Tools proficiency
