Role Overview
We are seeking a proven sales leader to take full ownership of our South Korea business. This is a high-impact role with complete accountability for revenue growth, ecosystem activation, and complex enterprise deal execution.
What You Will Do
You will define and deliver the go-to-market strategy, driving disciplined execution across three distinct markets. You will embed a partner-led growth engine, mobilising a focused ecosystem of Value Added Resellers, Global Systems Integrators, and strategic cloud alliances.

You will remain hands-on in the field, leading critical enterprise engagements, influencing C-level stakeholders, and controlling high-value, multi-stakeholder negotiations through to predictable close.
Requirements
- 15+ years of software sales experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing markets across South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan
- Proven track record of driving 50%+ of revenue through the channel
- Existing relationships with key decision-makers at major VARs, GSIs, and Cloud Alliances in the region
- Hybrid sales motion with direct touch enterprise sales and indirect fulfillment
- Domain knowledge in Data Management, Cyber Security, Cloud Infrastructure, or SaaS
- Fluency in English
