Salesforce Developer Lead

Role Overview

The role requires a principal-level individual contributor with deep expertise in Salesforce development, acting as a cross-team technical leader without direct authority.

What You Will Do

Define and enforce coding standards, guardrails, and best practices aligned with developer framework standards, security, and compliance mandates. Collaborate with testers, BSAs, scrum masters, product owners, and integration partners.

Requirements

• Salesforce Development Experience (minimum 7 years)
• Apex (minimum 5 years experience)
• Cloud integration experience (minimum 3 years)
• Salesforce Certification(s)
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and security standards
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical constraints
• Ability to influence and coordinate across teams without direct authority
• Experience working with testers, BSAs, scrum masters, and product owners
• Data analysis skills (bonus)
• AI tool experience such as CoPilot (bonus)
• Java (bonus)
