Role Overview

The Data Analyst will be part of a team that supports the migration of data from third-party transfer agent’s computer systems. The role involves coordinating with the business, inspecting data, and working with developers to ensure correct mapping of data.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in Transfer Agency, Employee Equity Plans, Securities Processing, Financial Services Operations, or related industry
• Demonstrated experience leading complex data migrations, corporate actions, system implementations, or operational change projects
• Experience working collaboratively with technology, development, operations, and client-facing teams
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis)
• SQL and database query skills
• Data mapping and conversion experience
• File layout analysis (fixed-width, CSV, XML, flat file structures)
• Systems integration and data validation experience
• Change management and release processes
• JIRA, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or equivalent work management tools
• Strong stakeholder management
• Influencing without authority
• Critical thinking and root cause analysis
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent high-priority projects
• Strong decision-making under tight operational deadlines
