Role Overview
You’ll be based in the Bristol office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. You’ll shape and lead a high-impact sales enablement programme that empowers teams to succeed and grow. You’ll drive meaningful improvements in cross-selling capability, client conversations, and commercial performance.
What You Will Do
Some of your key responsibilities will include owning sales training strategy, defining end-to-end enablement curriculum, prioritizing cross-sell capability, and training content ownership and creation.

Requirements
- A relevant educational qualification or equivalent in-role experience
- Educated to degree level or higher (Preferred)
