Financial Analyst, Plant Finance

Role Overview

Reporting to the Plant Finance Manager, you will perform highly complex financial analysis and reporting for assigned business areas with minimal supervision. You will serve as a trusted finance business partner, providing insights and recommendations that support decision-making, forecasting, planning, and operational performance.

What You Will Do

Serve as a business partner on accounting and finance-related matters, assessing business needs, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicating financial results and recommendations to stakeholders. Develop financial analyses, models, and reporting to support business initiatives, customer analysis, pricing decisions, investment evaluations, and other operational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree.
• 3+ years of professional finance, accounting, or related business experience.
• Experience with profit and loss management, financial systems, and general accounting concepts.
• Proven success working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and evolving business needs.
• Experience building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and collaborating across multiple departments.
• Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to develop meaningful strategies and recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SAP or similar enterprise systems preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
