Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s mission to enable customers to do more with credit. You’ll design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions within Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud environments. Our developers are forward-thinking and innovative, with a strong background in collaborating in cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality custom solutions across Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud, using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. Build and maintain integration between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and/or Service Cloud
• Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience designing and developing scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, roles, and platform governance
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management processes
• Strong understanding of Salesforce environments, including development, sandbox, QA/UAT, and production
• Experience troubleshooting complex Salesforce application, integration, and performance issues
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
