Role Overview

ShopYourLikes is seeking a Director of Creator Growth to lead the continued growth of high-performing creators on our platform. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and recruiting performance-driven creators who generate real commerce through affiliate partnerships.

What You Will Do

The Director of Creator Acquisition will begin as a hands-on operator, directly recruiting creators and building relationships across the industry, while developing the strategy, infrastructure, and team needed to scale a high-performing creator acquisition engine over time.

Requirements

• 8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce
• Proven sales and business development instincts, with experience closing partnerships and driving pipeline
• Experience recruiting and partnering with commerce-driven creators
• Strong understanding of affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings models
• Deep understanding of the creator landscape, including the conferences, events, and meet ups that matter most
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline, including sourcing, outreach, and conversion tracking
• Strong relationship-building skills with both creators and internal leadership
