Role Overview
The Account Executive is responsible for selling Onboard Powered by Conservice, a platform that helps property owners and management companies plan, implement, and support property-wide technology programs. The role involves working through longer sales cycles, engaging multiple stakeholders, and helping customers decide if Onboard is the right fit for their properties.
What You Will Do
Own the full sales process from first conversation through close, build and manage a national pipeline of new business opportunities, prospect into property owners and management companies, and present solutions, pricing, and financial models in a clear, straightforward way.

Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Experience selling solutions or services with longer sales cycles
- Experience with multi-year contract sales
- History of managing a national or multi-market book of business
- Proven ability to bring on larger or more complex accounts
- Stability in prior roles
- Experience selling as a vendor or supplier in a B2B environment
