Role Overview

Construtora Tenda is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Analyst to work in a dynamic environment, supporting coordinators and managers in the decision-making process, and providing the team with complete and updated data on the main indicators of the area.

What You Will Do

Act strategically in the planning of marketing products and projects, translate commercial objectives into clear strategic directions, conduct and organize the marketing delivery plan, and ensure the consistency of the marketing strategy throughout the different phases of the product.

Requirements

• Complete higher education in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Administration, or related areas
• Solid experience in the construction segment, with direct action in product and project management and communication
• Strong capacity for strategic planning, organization, and systemic vision
• Experience in conducting multiple products simultaneously, with commercial impact reading and priority of deliveries
• Mastery of creation and production processes of marketing materials
• Analytical profile, with ease of working with data on volume, deadlines, and indicators
• Experience with management and planning tools for demands
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge and experience with AI as a support tool and organization of processes and routine
