About the Company

A fast-growing technology company building API-led infrastructure and AI-powered solutions for enterprises across banking, financial services, insurance, compliance, and other sectors. Its solutions enable enterprise customers to simplify verification, data connectivity, integrations, and business-process automation.

Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven, strategic, and hands-on Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the organisation’s next phase of growth. The role involves defining and executing revenue strategy, building a scalable go-to-market (GTM) engine, and driving sustainable growth across products, customer segments, and strategic channels.

The CRO will own the complete revenue lifecycle, including enterprise sales, customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, account expansion, revenue forecasting, and commercial performance. The role will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to translate business priorities into measurable revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute annual and long-term revenue plans, own revenue targets, and identify new markets, customer segments, and revenue streams.

Enterprise Sales: Lead the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiations to deal closure, with a focus on banks, NBFCs, insurers, fintechs, and large enterprise customers.

Strategic Partnerships: Build partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, system integrators, and distribution partners to create scalable, partner-led revenue channels.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Define GTM strategies, ideal customer profiles, pricing, value propositions, and sales motions across products and customer segments.

Revenue Operations & Forecasting: Establish structured pipeline management, revenue forecasting, CRM processes, sales reporting, and commercial performance tracking.

Customer Expansion & Retention: Drive upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account expansion while strengthening strategic customer relationships.

Leadership & Team Building: Build and scale teams across enterprise sales, business development, partnerships, and revenue operations, with clear KPIs and performance expectations.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to align business priorities, improve sales effectiveness, and maximise profitability.

Must-Have Requirements

12–18+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, business development, and revenue leadership.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth in B2B SaaS, API, fintech, enterprise technology, or technology-enabled services businesses.

Demonstrated success in closing high-value enterprise deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Experience building and scaling sales teams, strategic partnerships, and repeatable revenue-generation processes.

Strong commercial understanding of enterprise contracts, pricing, negotiations, forecasting, and unit economics.

Experience managing CXO-level stakeholders and large enterprise accounts.

Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Ability to take ownership of revenue targets and translate business strategy into measurable outcomes.

Good to Have

Experience selling APIs, verification solutions, data infrastructure, integrations, workflow automation, AI solutions, or compliance technology.

Exposure to banking, NBFCs, insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries.

Experience building channel partnerships and partner-led sales models.

Experience scaling a high-growth technology business from early enterprise traction to predictable, repeatable revenue.

Familiarity with CRM platforms, revenue-intelligence tools, sales dashboards, and data-driven forecasting.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

Candidate Profile

Strategic thinker with strong commercial judgment and a growth-oriented mindset.

Proven ability to own revenue outcomes and build a predictable, scalable sales engine.

Strong enterprise-sales, negotiation, and deal-closure capabilities.
