Role Overview

The Director, Digital Marketing is responsible for defining and leading the global digital marketing and omnichannel engagement strategy for Convatec’s Advanced Wound Care business. This role will shape the vision, capabilities, governance, and best practices that enable stronger customer engagement, accelerate brand growth, and drive commercial performance globally.

Develop and deliver the global digital marketing strategy, drive the integration of digital engagement across brand planning, portfolio strategy, customer experience, and product launches, and identify emerging technologies and innovative approaches that create competitive advantage and accelerate growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience leading digital marketing, omnichannel engagement, or marketing communications within complex global organisations.
• Proven track record of developing and executing digital strategies that deliver measurable business growth and customer engagement.
• Deep understanding of customer journey design, content strategy, digital channels, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and marketing technology.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams in a matrixed, international environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment across functions and regions.
• Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for innovation and customer experience.
